We are looking for a Team Lead Operations (m/f) for our office in Hamburg as soon as possible. Job-Beschreibung: - Functional leadership - Deliver business value by enabling a globally distributed organization to work together effectively - In a close collaboration with the IT Leadership team you develop a vision, strategy, roles and responsibilities of the team according to overall business strategies - In a close collaboration with the IT Leadership team you're responsible for building and development of team and for setting personal targets and individual development roadmaps of team members - Participate in managing 3rd parties and in contract negotiation - Ensure the operation, configuration and deployment of distributed internal business applications according to agreed SLAs, OLAs and underpinning contracts - Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot and administrate Microsoft Windows Server environment - Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot and administrate other enterprise applications and systems - Resolve Help Desk tickets; as a functional team lead you regularly review the tickets and take actions - Maintain a Change Management log for changes made in the production environments - Resolve technical problems, detect patterns of issues, and coordinate with staff regarding persistent problems - Write training manuals and carry out training and document internal procedures - Maintain inventory of all equipment and licenses - The Team Leader will also complete other duties as assigned by the Head of IT Gewünschtes Profil: - Strong service orientation - Experience in operating internal business applications and IT infrastructure as well as experience in operating a service desk (i.e. incident and problem handling, change building, customer communication) - Strong conceptual skills and knowledge regarding definition of requirements, internal platform services, connectivity and security - Experience in system management (i.e. patch management, monitoring) - Multiple years of Microsoft Windows Server 20XX experience - Multiple years of Microsoft Active Directory 20XX experience - Multiple years of Microsoft Exchange 20XX administration experience - Microsoft or other widely recognized technology certifications - PowerShell scripting experience - Knowledge in Windows X and other widely known Microsoft products - Ability to function with a high degree of independence - Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written - Fluent in English (spoken & written) - Mac OS X is desired - Experience in Service Management (ITIL), Office 365 and Azure or other cloud technology is desired Berufserfahrung: 7 - 10 Jahre Beginn des Vertrages: 02-06-15 Vertragslaufzeit: Ganztags
