For our German recruitment team located in Krefeld or Hamburg we are seeking to recruit a Talent Recruiter (m/f) Germany In this position, you have full ownership of the recruitment process: conducting intake session with hiring managers, coordinating the job posting process, executing and agree upon sourcing strategies, screening resumes, (phone-)interviewing applicants, planning, organizing, and executing assessment centers, conducting reference checks, recommending, and assisting with candidate selection, and managing the job offer processes. You report to the Strategic Recruitment Manager who supervises the Northern European cluster of countries and can rely on extensive administrative back-up and subject matter support from your colleagues in Germany and abroad. MAJOR TASKS: * Provide full cycle recruiting services including job posting development, candidate sourcing, (phone-) interviewing, planning, organizing and executing assessment centers, selection processes, offer management, process documentation, compliance management, and status communication with candidates and hiring managers. * Utilize recruitment technology systems (Taleo), process enhancements, and analytic capabilities to achieve efficiencies in recruiting activities. * Actively participate in recruitment-related projects or initiatives with businesses/functions. * Planning, organizing and attending recruitment events and managing university relations in Germany aligning to the overall EMEA graduate recruitment strategy. * Build close relationship with key business stakeholders, gain a deep understanding on their talent strategy and anticipated future needs to better advise on hiring decision and convey the business logic of recruiting recommendation. * Build and exhibit deep labour market expertise, enhance/develop sourcing strategies in order to provide more efficient and effective solutions. * Use of standard metrics to monitor the recruitment process and identify improvement opportunities to act upon. * Partner with regional/global recruiting teams to align with corporate processes, policy standards, selection criteria, etc. * Maintain internal/external relationships related to the recruitment process which may include: hiring managers, human resource professionals, industry contacts, candidates, etc. * Manage key candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities and ensure a strong positive client and candidate experience. QUALIFICATION: * You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years’ experience as a recruiter in a fast paced agency, search company or internal recruitment role – ideally, you combine both agency and corporate
