We are recruiting a Managing Consultant SaaS CEE. Therefore this job is considered to be a 100% management position and only is available as a full time assignment. Responsibilities: Directly managing a team of 5 to 10 (depending on the future demand) consultants in the CEE regionOwning the regional PS business for our SaaS solutionsTaking over the sponsorship for key projects Point of escalation internally and externally Close collaboration with New Sales, Account Management & Customer Success Management Financial responsibility: Budgeting, Forecasting, Headcount Planning, etc. Requirements and the individual: Fluent in German and English Based or at least available for 3 days/week in our regional headquarter in Düsseldorf (Germany) 5+ years strong track record in Professional Services Ideally deep know how in our SaaS solutions Experience in managing people is an advantage Motivation to step up and take responsibility and ownership on a regional level Seniority to communicate with senior managers internally and externally at eye level Willingness to travel Additional Information: At home in over 70 countries, fluent in over 50 languages, and a business experience of more than 20 years Lumesse helps more than 2,300 customers around the globe to win their race for talent, locally - wherever they do business.
