We currently have an opening at our headquarters in Hamburg for an iOS Developer (m/f) Join our central iOS team responsible for developing the XING app and other iOS applications. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team consisting of around eight people working in Development, Quality Assurance, Interaction/Visual Design and Product/Project Management.A challenging task: You’ll be responsible for building features in a highly modularised app with distributed teams and a scheduled release train. You won’t just be writing code all day, you’ll play an active part in shaping our products. You’ll maintain and contribute to the open source projects we’re using (see https://github.com/xing for further details). You’ll have time to innovate on a regular basis. You’ll be part of an excellent independent team that also likes to have fun. You’ll contribute changes to an app that is used by hundreds of thousands of XING users each day.A convincing background: At least two years of professional mobile and device programming experience, ideally in agile environments. API experience with HTTP, REST and/or JSON. Deep knowledge of Cocoa, Cocoa touch and Core Frameworks (UICollectionView, CoreData, UIKit in general). Good understanding of algorithms, data structures and general software development patterns. Eager to code in Swift. Experience with unit testing, snapshot testing and/or automated testing frameworks is a big plus. Ideally you already published a great app, contributed to an open source project, spoke at a conference and/or published technical articles.
