You will be part of a cross-functional team consisting of around eight people working in the Development, Product and Project Management, Interaction/Visual Design and Quality Assurance teams. Become the newest member of our special team and embrace our corporate culture.A challenging task:Be part of defining the future of the fast growing E-Recruiting business unit of XING.Take full ownership for XING’s jobs marketplace products and drive product development in all native mobile (dedicated app, modules in XING's main apps), mobile web channels and desktop channels.As responsible Product Owner you will lead an interdisciplinary agile team of Engineers, Designers, QA Managers, and Scrum Masters mostly located in Barcelona (willingness to travel included).You will collaborate with other Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Project Managers in the E-Recruiting business unit to define, prioritize, and execute a product roadmap following well-defined delivery schedules.With your development team you will drive and implement the mobile product strategy, determine requirements, create product concepts, and validate them through prototyping, user feedback, and A/B testing.Prioritize features into a backlog to create a visible roadmap towards incremental implementation of the product vision, measure your products’ performance metrics, and derive the right insights to drive your product’s performance and user satisfaction.Work with business stakeholders to define and track key product performance indicators (KPIs) as well as release-specific success metrics. Define and manage the release process incl. product communication / marketing.Collaborate and sync with your stakeholders (esp. other mobile teams) outside the E-Recruiting business unit and make sure, your products are in line with the overall company mobile strategy.A convincing background:Desire to build outstanding products that customers love.Understanding of relevant products, technologies, trends in the market, and current best practices for mobile and – best case – also desktop.A good product sense combined with an enthusiasm for data-informed decision-making; a track record of A/B or multivariate testing would be advantageous.Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to understand user needs and behavior.Extensive working experience and knowledge of mobile (web / native apps) and E-Recruiting industries. Cross-channel experience is also desirable.Sound communication skills coupled with an excellent command of English and German. N.B.: XING is a multi-cultural environment and English is the official communication language; many development teams work in English.A technical background is desirable but not required.Organized and knows how to get your team mobilized around a goal.Be keen to work with best-practice agile development methods - prior experience in this field is definitely a plus.Extensive professional experienc
