& Life Safety Technologies Industry we are looking for a
Regional Business Development Manager (m/f)
Location: Neu-Isenburg
(Frankfurt/Main area) or Home Office in Germany
Job Responsibilities
Lead strategy and
plan for the expansion of service offerings in Europe for the UL Building &
Life Safety Technologies Division with
the goal of growing the business into a regional P&LWork with
Business Division and Regional leadership to develop and execute strategies
based on organic and inorganic growthWork closely with
key account managers to identify and develop innovation opportunities with key
clients and to identify emerging needs Develop and
execute on strategies with marketing and regulatory services to promote the UL
brand throughout Europe with key stakeholders and demand drivers of UL servicesDevelop custom
solutions to help clients bring their new and innovative products and services
to marketLeverage business
savvy to help sales bring in new clients to generate revenue growth and achieve
booking goalsFocus on customer
satisfaction, account growth and expansion of services provided, and sustaining
customer loyalty for a group of key customersBuilds
relationship and enable membership with Industry associations and other bodies
within the Building & Life Safety Technology industries
Job Requirements
University degree
in Business Administration, Marketing or a technical discipline 8 to 10 years of
relevant experience in Sales and/or Marketing with account management
experience related to the Life Safety Technology industries and/or related to
the Testing, Inspection and Certification service industryAbility to sell
“at the highest level” with a compelling value-add strategy approachDetailed
technical and commercial understanding of the applicable industry product lines
and target markets in EuropePreferred several
years of experience in business developmentPreferred
experience in in cultivating new ideas by using the Stage Gate ProcessFluent English
and German language skills, French language skills a plusAbility to work
in a multinational, multicultural work environment
