Assistance in consulting assignees, HR professionals and the business for all questions regarding global mobility Support in coordinating and delivering services worldwide to assignees, HR professionals and third party suppliers Services include the preparation of assignment related documents and calculations (e. g international assignment agreements, cost estimations, and calculation of notional net salaries), interface with tax advisors, removal companies, insurances and payrolls Conducting commercial administration tasks as the invoicing and accounting process Bachelor / Master degree or equivalent preferably in related field First professional experience or previous interest in Global Mobility topics Good level of analytical and numerate skills Highly motivated with good business acumen High intercultural awareness and engaged to work in international teams Willingness to become acquainted with legal, social security as well as immigration requirements of international
