Head of Automation Competence Centre
Caverion is currently seeking a senior
level professional to lead the group level automation development community to
support the Internet of Things base platform functionality. The position is
part of Caverion’s Group functions located at our Helsinki, Stockholm or Munich
office.
Your task will be to lead the Centre of
Excellence and develop Caverion’s automation solutions and capabilities together with the Caverion country organisations in twelve
European countries. Your team in matrix will consist of responsible automation
persons in countries.
Your responsibilities cover the following
key tasks:
Establish and drive the automation
development community towards automation competence centre thinking in
different disciplines and divisionsEnsure that adequate automation
and other needed data is available from supported systems to fulfil the IoT
platform analytics needsDevelop interfaces for existing
automation and drive systems together with internal and external stakeholdersSupport overall automation
system development for Caverion business needsDrive automation level
intelligence development co-operation in countriesDrive code reusability &
harmonisation
To be successful in this role you most
likely have:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in the automation
engineering, project management and maintenance areas. OEM type automation
system technology knowledge is preferred.
You have excellent co-operation skills
and communication skills in English. You have earlier experience in working in
a pan-European or Nordic organisation and with cross-border teams. A Master’s
level degree in automation engineering or an equivalent field (e.g. M.Sc. in Automation
Engineering) is required.
