We are recruiting for German speaking Strategic New Business Sales
Manager in our office in Düsseldorf.

This position will report to the Strategic New Business Sales Director CEE.
The success in this role may provide a host of additional opportunities for
growth such as travel, career progression, and significant financial upside. We

Responsibilities
Work with prospects on compliance, audit, and data privacy matters
Gather business and technical requirements and customize/develop
presentations to highlight how and why our service would suit the customer
better than the competitor’s products or homegrown development (ROI analysis)
Actively keep abreast of functional and technical issues relative to the
solution and industry and provide feedback to R&D and Product Management
Interface and coordinate efforts with team members from our consulting team
to demonstrate and develop/configure project plans and proposals. (e.g. RFI
& RFP)
Qualifying prospects
Customer evaluation and procurement
Sales process management (e.g. accurate forecasting, pipeline management)
Be responsible and accountable for meeting deadlines
Achieving monthly Quota of Qualified Opportunities
Be a trusted member of the Lumesse New Business Sales team and help define
the business approach for your specific region and deliver a joint strategy
Be on the forefront of evangelizing new Solutions/Clouds
Requirements and the
individual
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Fluency in German & English
+5 years’ experience in sales or consultancy background (ideally in the HCM
space industry)
Proactive, flexible, adaptable, dedicated & focused
Solution Selling Skills – dealing with client objections
Significant client-facing experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Cognitive & Relational skills & capabilities
The ability and desire to sell
Strong commercial skills & capabilities
Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
A high degree of self-motivation and drive
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willing to travel 50% of the time
