As the Inside Sales Representative for Clinical Decision Support – a Wolters Kluwer Health operating unit, you will be responsible for supporting and managing sales related administrative processes for the renewal team, and managing, retaining and growing a portfolio of accounts across your assigned territory. This role will be office based in either Alphen aan den Rijn (The Netherlands) or Unterschleissheim, near Munich (Germany). ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of selected low volume client renewals to ensure customer retention and revenue growth year on yearImplement and execute the Customer Lifecycle Program to maximise the renewal and expansion of each account, through regular contact with relevant stakeholdersPrepare and monitor usage data for each account.Relay annual price increases in a timely and professional manner.Responsible for achieving and exceeding growth goals in existing account base (based on annual account plan)Collaborate with Sales and contracts departments to ensure documentation such as renewal contracts, usage statistics etc. are prepared, and Contracts and invoices generated and delivered in a timely mannerWorking with each account to ensure outstanding payments have been addressed, all contracts are signed, submitted and all records updated in CRM system within a timely mannerAccurately, and regularly, input account information, activity and new contact details, our CRM systemWork closely with the Renewals sales team to support with overall proposal delivery and operations regarding strategic accounts.Required Experience and QualificationsEducated to degree level or equivalentFluent in German and English – written, reading, spoken. Knowledge of additional European languages would be beneficialAt least 1 year of inside sales experience – ideally gained from a healthcare sales environment or a similar subscription based product or serviceExcellent communication; listening and presentation skills requiredHighly organised and strong attention to detailExcellent knowledge of using  Microsoft  Office products (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)Experience of using a CRM system such as Salesforce.com, Saleslogix etc.Effective time management and prioritization skillsAbility to work in a team based selling environmentWilling and able to travel occasionally (2-3 regional/  International sales meetings per year)
