With several hundreds employees worldwide our client is manufacturing and distributing products of an excellent quality and is appreciated by its consumers. We are looking for our client for a Manager Inside Sales (m/f) starting as soon as possible for the greater area of Düsseldorf. Job-Beschreibung: - Leading an international inside sales team - Coordinating and monitoring customer service - Driving international projects (e.g. CRM Implementation, process centralizations, phone system implementation etc.) - Ensuring effective implementation of work procedures and policies - Working close together with all other departments and group functions - Budget responsibility and financial forecasting - Supporting the Vice President Inside Sales Europe - Developing and coaching the team Gewünschtes Profil: - Engineering Degree preferred - 2-3 years experience in managing positions, preferably at Inside Sales - Working experience in the health care industry is a plus - Strong customer orientation, analytical skills, structured working ability, thinking in solutions - Willingness to travel abroad - Willingness to take important internal fights between local and global perspectives - Fluent German and English language skills are required - Swedish, Dutch or French language skills are a plus Berufserfahrung: 7 - 10 Jahre Beginn des Vertrages: 25-05-15 Vertragslaufzeit: Ganztags
