Key Account Manager - CitNOW Video GmbHReporting to: Head of Sales Germany Site: Field based - Germany  CitNOW is the market leading provider of Video Sales Systems for Car Dealers.  We believe we can enable any sales exec, technician or manager from any dealer, anywhere in the world with a super power called 'trust'. Trust automatically releases customer joy which has a direct and substantial benefit for all dealers.  We work with over 80% of the UK’s Top 100 motor retailers as well as 24 automotive manufacturers; currently over 2000 Franchised Dealerships in 15 countries use CitNOW.Since last year CitNOW has a German office (based in Berlin) for which we are now recruiting sales staff. For further information please feel free to visit www.citnow.com/de.  Job Purpose •To drive sales activity and build CitNOW brand advocacy within the German Automotive Dealer/ OEM community. •To nurture relationships with the major Top 100 Dealer Groups, OEMS and other key Dealer prospects and clients. •To actively present the company’s products and services and tailor offers to potential clients and to negotiate and close the sale. •Where required agree site trials for key prospects. •To proactively manage enquiries and leads through the sales conversion process. •To proactively identify CitNOW prospects and develop a contact plan with prospects to be able to introduce CitNOW products and services. •To ensure that there is an adequate active sales pipeline and that new prospects are continually added and managed. •To support and steer CitNOW prospects and clients through online order processes. •To capture, document and report on client/prospect feedback and competitor activity. Principal Accountabilities •Work with the CitNOW Sales, Client Services and Client Operations teams to create an adequate amount of leads and prospects. •Utilise CitNOW video prospecting and account management processes to positively engage with prospects and clients. •Keep the CRM system up to date; add new customer data and update personnel changes. •Proactively approach existing clients and prospects to gain product demonstration opportunities. •To co-ordinate and schedule personalised introduction videos to prospect at a level of at least 15 per week. •Compile, maintain and generate accurate data and reports to support sales and prospect activity. •Co-ordinate and drive Dealer Group network implementations. •Ensure that all client offers and quotes, contracts, orders and other business documents are completed accurately and on time and that live accounts are managed correctly. ______________________________________________________________________________  Key Working Relationships •Head of Sales CitNOW Video GMBH •Other CitNOW Video GMBH Sales Team Members •Client Services & Operations teams in DE & UK. •CitNOW Academy & Trainers •CitNOW Finance ______________________________________________________________________________ Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required •Communication: writes clearly and concisely, speaks effectively, listens attentively, openly expresses ideas, negotiates/resolves differences, leads group discussions, provides feedback, persuades others, provides well-thought out solutions, gathers appropriate information, confidently speaks in public.  •Interpersonal Skills: works well with others, sensitive, supportive, motivates others, shares credit, cooperates, professionally represents the business, self-con
