About
the position:
Develop
and localise marketing collateral for institutional clients with focus on
Germany, Austria and Switzerland, as defined through strategic and tactical
marketing plans, with the objective to provide highest standards of
communication to clients and partners.
Support
cross-market use and development of content, working closely with sales, investment
teams, other marketers and internal teams such as PR, event, client service, compliance
etc. across various countries.
Key
Responsibilities:
Translation, editing and delivery of
institutional literature from English into German and vice versa.Creation of specific institutional
marketing material in order to support the sales effort (brochures, snapshots,
presentations, advertisements).
Implementation of regular digital and
print marketing mailings to relevant target groups in the three countries. Management of the institutional internet
sites of the three countries, including content creation or adaptation of
central initiatives.Collaborate with marketing colleagues
and investment teams within EMEA and also globally for the provision of
information and content needed for specific material.Manage external agencies/supplier to
deliver marketing projects on time, at budget and within scope.Ensure that work is compliant and
adheres to brand guidelines. Liaise with compliance team to comply marketing
materials including brochure wear and presentations to local standards. Support Event Management if necessary
with coordination, invitations, event documents, etc.
Experience,
Knowledge and Qualifications required for Job:
5 - 8 years marketing communication
experience in financial services, ideally in an Institutional Asset Management
environmentDemonstrate good writing skills,
affinity for languageFluent in English, additional
languages a plus Demonstrate good oral and written
communication skills, for example gained in an RFP environmentGood interpersonal skill set, able to
work with all levels within the organization and across departments, both on a
local and international levelGood organizational, time and project
management skills - must be used to working towards tight deadlines and to
manage a range of activities simultaneouslySelf-motivated and goal-driven, with
an ability to prioritize and to get things doneGood PC skills, with emphasis on Power
