The E.ON Innovation Center (EIC) Customer Solutions is responsible for setting the strategic direction of new business innovation for E.ON and implementing this through a Group wide portfolio of activity to bring new technology and business opportunities to market.
The EIC consists of a highly international and fast moving and engaged team members of program and portfolio managers who are responsibly developing and driving the innovation portfolio for Customer Solutions both residential and commercial (SME and I&C).

Ihre Aufgaben
* Champion a step change in customer experience through the use of insight, best practice, and by putting the customer at the heart of our thinking
* Define the technical and user-centric design challenge and vision
* Inspires business to adopt a design thinking mindset
* Create usable and intuitive concepts for complex and highly functional problems
* Use your fluency in the language of consulting (business drivers, process and needs) as well as design (user-centric, front-end experience creation)
* Adeptly and quickly move from fuzzy problems to working solution prototypes (via brainstorming, wireframes, visual mock-ups and clickable prototypes)
* Show your love of growing and scaling businesses and a passion for deceptively simple design
* Align priorities and decision making with business goals and strategy
* Articulate and defend conceptual and directional choices, representing studio design work directly at business representatives
* Build strong relationships with business leads across E.ON and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure ownership and support to ensure successful delivery
* Work in conjunction with wider E.ON teams and external organizations to bring into E.ON best practices
* Support program managers on strategic planning, developing the scope of the program/project and tracking the program or project to ensure successful delivery
* Lead and play a key role in relevant steering groups and working groups
* Successfully delivering customer outcomes and improving NPS across the customer lifecycle

* Minimum five years of relevant consulting, digital agency or industry experience
* Minimm five years of direct experience in Interface Design, Interaction Design, or Information Architecture roles
* Minimum three years of direct experience in process design (including requirement gathering, wireframing, visual design, development and user testing)
* Minimum three years of experience leading cross-functional teams
