Interpreting reporting requirements (EMIR, REMIT) to ensure compliance across all commodities/products traded by E.ON. Identify and engage with stakeholders to Identify, document and engineer requirements, manage scope and challenge on requirements, act as first point of contact for business to be consulted on requirements (e.g. best practice, lean solutions, IT impact etc) & communicate requirements with all stakeholders at all levels across the organisation. Lead a team of Business Analyst on a TOP project, cascading information to several related projects and programs acting as a subject matter expert. Help to identify ideal IT-solution (Solution evaluation & recommendations). Support all testing (including user acceptance tests). Support and drive the Business Analysts community across all delivery departments (Mentoring & training Business Analysts). Educated to degree level, IT and/or related Business discipline. Excellent Business Analysis skills, preferably certified
