You are operating out of Vienna. We are looking for a dynamicSenior Business Analyst (m/f) Interface between Business and Finance Directly reporting to the regional CFO you are acting as a competent sparring partner to the local sales organizations in Austria and Switzerland to analyze and leverage business. You have a direct and distinctive influence across the business working closely with the regional Marketing and Sales teams as well as business unit management. You are responsible for driving financial leadership including planning and forecast processes, managing the efficient streamlining of the processes. You conduct performance analysis and identify improvement potentials. Regular reporting is required. Travelling of up to 40% within the region is an additional asset for you. Your home base is Vienna but frequent travelling especially to Switzerland is necessary.     Entrepreneurial Business Analyst As ideal candidate you have a Master in Economics and Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, Controlling and/or Accounting. A minimum of 5-7 years experience as Business Analyst, Controller or Finance Manager is required. Candidates with experience in FMCG or Life Sciences with a strong experience in a Marketing and Sales driven environment are preferred. You are fluent in German and English and show an excellent business, finance and accounting understanding. Good knowledge of IFRS and SAP is an additional asset. As a proactive character you convince through your entrepreneurial and analytical thinking.
