Currently we are looking for a Finance Business Partner (m/f) * Vollzeit * Wiesbaden, Deutschland * Mit Berufserfahrung * 22.06.15 About the Role: The Finance Business Partner will have a very high level of business acumen and be responsible for all aspects of internal management reporting, financial planning and forecasting to identify drivers for operational improvements and provide financial advice and guidance to Brands business leaders, liaise closely with relevant business partners in matters of remuneration, financial aspects of client contracts, new business and pitches. The incumbent for this position will be an expert key contributor to business success and will provide the necessary analysis, insight and advice to support decisions and strategic growth initiatives. The position will report directly to the Managing Director of Finance, interface with Management key players, have expertise in the implementation of best practice in planning and control techniques to improve the Regional Operational Finance Service Center delivery of product and services and will contribute to the development of organizational growth strategy through effective development of business relationship. Essential Skills: * Experience in reviewing monthly operating performance of the business and provide in-depth analysis and management of performance of results and variances versus budget, forecast and prior year * Expert level knowledge in all aspects of annual budgeting and monthly reforecasting processes * Expertise supporting business segment leadership with analysis of customer account performance versus budget and forecast * Superior client management in supporting the business in high-value strategic and ad hoc projects which will include revenue enhancement opportunities and cost reduction efforts * Media income management and experience working with market reporting solution, pricing and negotiation * Experienced working for a leading global business, media or in a private equity backed company * Exceptional financial acumen including financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting skills and decision support capability * Effective leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop highly engaged and performing remote teams * Focus, organization, results-oriented and self-motivation * Superior problem-solving and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative) * Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal and intercultural savvy * Role model in regards to compliance, integrity and diligence * Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial finance, financial planning and analysis, consulti
