Provide proactive daily support to customers of our Talent Management Suite across our European operations. This includes the Service Delivery Lines, HR Business Partners, line managers and employees Build and maintain effective working relationships, particularly with the HR Business Service Centre, HR community and IT Support teams. This includes building and maintaining trust and credibility with individuals at all levels of seniority across the organisation Initiate and deliver business process/system functionality improvements which maximise the value of our Talent Management Suite Contribute to the further rollout of the Talent Management Suite across additional services lines (e.g. Reward, Talent, Learning) Ensure business readiness for system rollouts and updates by carrying out change management assessments and assisting in change management initiatives Specific master data maintenance and associated activities such as data cleansing, exception reporting and validation
