We are offering a great opportunity to become a part of our dynamic Marketing department in the International Business Development (IBD), which serves over 50 export markets, with focus on USA, Middle East and China. The job vacancy is initially valid as of 15th August 2015 for a temporary period of 18 months. Brand Manager (m/f) Export / International Business Development Your Tasks * Actively drive and implement an aligned Marketing roadmap for our focus regions * Develop meaningful initiatives within the Marketing Mix for Bahlsen's strategic product groups to drive incremental business and market share (product lifecycle management / new product development) * Generate actionable consumer insights through research and trend monitoring to identify incremental business potential in order to turn them into tangible results * Conduct regular competitive benchmarking studies to learn and strive to be best in class * Co-leading communication development with the Head of Marketing while implementing brand guidelines / messaging executions based on the brand positioning * Fully responsible of the Marketing budget planning and control * Project leadership of inter-disciplinary teams from project kick-off to market maturity/implementation to success tracking * Travel to Bahlsen focus regions to generate local insights/needs and turn them into tangible results * Lead, motivate and coach team members Your Profile * University degree in business with major in marketing (or similar) * Min. 3-5 yrs experience in FMCG marketing or sales (also brand strategy consulting) proven successful track record * Work experience in international, regional roles demonstrating an international mindset * Preferably work experience in Emerging Markets like Middle East, Africa or Asia * Strong communication skills (emotional/social) in both external and internal stakeholder management * Strong analytical skills (quantitative & qualitative) and experience in successfully conducting market Research projects, while being a good listener able to respond to results * Excellent English skills (second language beneficial) * Be a passionate team leader, able to inspire others Has this wet your appetite?
