Achieving 37% year on year for the past 4 years, Nonstop Recruitment is looking to continue expanding its Swiss operations and offer an experienced Recruitment Consultant the opportunity to specialise in a particular discipline. As a Recruitment Consultant based in our offices located 20 minutes from Zurich in the Canton of Zug, we offer you a chance to work with some of the leading recruiters in the industry. Your responsibilities will include: ·         A 360 degree role with responsibilities for business development, resourcing and filling vacancies as well as rates negotiation. ·         Assisting clients in a consultative role, offering them advice on how to approach a recruitment campaign as well as introducing suitable candidates to them. ·         Handling candidate queries and contacting / head-hunting prospective candidates about current employment opportunities that Nonstop has. ·         Posting adverts. ·         This position offers career progression in the long term and a chance to mentor other members of staff. QUALIFICATIONS: ·         Educated to degree level – no preference in which discipline. ·         Experience working in a recruitment role and ideally in a 360 degree role. ·         Knowledge and experience working with E-nGauge or a similar CRM database. ·         Proven performer with a consistent career track record. ·         Ethical and friendly approach to recruitment. ·         Ability to be based full-time out of our Zug, Switzerland office.
