Tasks:
* In this role, you will define and execute the Business Unit product brand strategy and brand positioning, in addition to overseeing strategic brand-related sales and marketing initiatives.
* Your responsibilities will also include ensuring that key targets are met with regard to order intake, brand-specific channels, Net Promoter Scores (NPS), brand image and recognition.
* Furthermore, you will define key marketing and sales targets relating to brands and programmes, in addition to establishing appropriate metrics and measurement tools for the purpose of monitoring performance and driving top-line growth in each market.
* The role will also include overseeing market research efforts to understand the customers’ brand perception and buying behaviour as well as to formulate effective marketing and training strategies to ensure that our brands receive maximum visibility.
* Last but not least, you will support and contribute to an effective, capable and high-performance organisation, as well as to developing talent and reviewing effectiveness.
Requirements:
* To be considered for this position, you will require a Bachelor degree, preferably in Business, with an emphasis on Marketing.
* The position also calls for experience in multiple product brand management.
* Alongside a core understanding of marketing-related subjects such as advertising, consumer behaviour, marketing strategy and market research, you will also display basic skills in accounting and finance.
* Furthermore, you will require knowledge of the B2B industry as well as experience in working with installers, wholesalers, architects, etc.
* A solid command of English is considered equally important.
