UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions (UBIS) is the service company of UniCredit Group that provides solutions in Information & Communication Technology (ICT), Back Office & Middle Office, Real Estate, Security and Global Sourcing areas in order to respond quickly and effectively both to the requests of the Bank and of the clients external to the Bank. UBIS organizes its activities on a structured model divided into business lines and service lines, based on a concept of end-to-end in order to ensure the best service in terms of quality. AOC (application operation center) is expanding and looks for additional staff. Our main focus is 2nd level support for Bank Austria, currently for DIR (direct channel, mobile&desktop). The majority of the incidents should be solved in this team (unless there are no code changes necessary). The team is the interface between 1st level/customer and 3rd level (ACC - application competence center). The candidate will work in an international environment and cooperate with our global colleagues. Key tasks and responsibilities * Analyze of incidents and solve them if no development is needed. * Preparation of Incidents that need code changes. * Perform system test of solved incidents. * Close contact to the customer. * Support with functional analysis for new requests. Qualifications and Competencies * General Open Systems knowledge; IBM WebSphere knowledge (especially Portal Server. * JAVA mainly EE, Script, JSF JPA, JAX-WS, XML; Extensible Markup language. * Oracle; DB2; SQL. * Experience with SCRUM (agile Methods). * German excellent, English fluent. Personal skills: * Business Experiences in Bank/Payments. * International traveling required. Our offer to you We offer a gross monthly salary based on the collective bargaining agreement of EUR 2.750,00 at least, depending on individual qualification and experience.
