We explore new opportunities, technologies and services and continuously test and optimise our products to meet our users' needs.If you’re passionate about users, learning and design, we’d love to hear from you.A challenging task:Apply user-centric thinking to come up with solutions users will love to useCreate and establish a consistent look and feel for your products in web and mobileCreate designs for new features and enhancements based on concepts, designs and specifications and in close collaboration with the Product Manager and Interaction DesignerContinuously challenge the status quo and suggest optimizations from a design/product perspectiveWork closely with an interdisciplinary product team full of highly qualified colleagues in a fast-paced, agile environmentParticipate in design, branding and online marketing initiatives A convincing background:Several years of screen design experience with consumer-facing websites and applications (e-commerce and mobile experience is a plus)Several years of UX and design experience with consumer-facing productsDeep understanding of user-centered designAn online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experienceExperience or familiarity with agile teams and agile developmentExpert in Adobe Creative Suite and/or SketchKnowledge in HTML, JavaScript and CSS is a plusAbility to effectively communicate and persuasively convey design solutionsBe strong communicator and collaboratorAbility to meet tight deadlines and take directionFluency in English and knowledge of German not required but advantageousAn inspiring environment: XING offers a dynamic environment located in the centre of Hamburg.
