For our Munich office we are looking for a: Field Marketing Manager (m/w) As the local marketing business partner for sales, you will be responsible for the planning, management and reporting for all marketing activities that impact the Germany Market including ensuring EMEA/Global activities have maximum impact in the local market and executing appropriate events and activities to support the local business. This is a classic regional role with the remit to drive close alignment between sales and marketing, balancing corporate objectives with local requirements. Key Responsibilities: Development of the annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales and marketing management Present and gain buy-in to the complete marketing plan from regional sales Liaise with central marketing team on corporate messaging and programs Develop in depth understanding of local B2C marketing landscape [“country” marketing subject matter expert] Identification, planning and execution of local end user events Account Based Marketing Activities into T1 (& select T2) Accounts Drive the local PR agency to drive regional coverage in cooperation with corporate/regional PR teams Management of EMEA telemarketing resources and in country pipeline generation/lead management process Drive customer advocacy, local references and customer success testimonials Work with local business partners on joint marketing plans Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting into marketing and sales management Manage and grow local field marketing team and local agency resources according to needs of business Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role within an enterprise software/SaaS organization, ideally targeting CMO’s/Marketing leaders, experience of agency and/or services environments advantageous.
