For a start-up venture we are seeking: Head of Inbound Marketing (f/m) Be part of an exclusive team of pros differing in their field of expertise but sharing the same passion for putting a ding into the universe. For this team we are looking for an amazing, data-driven inbound marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You are the master of creative content production and its spread among the target group. Therefore, you will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers.Your responsibilities:Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers)Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channelsEstablish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers Our requirements: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in marketingFamiliarity with and understanding of our online target groups: retailers and consumersExcellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisionsProficiency in marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customersPassion for ecommerce as well as entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on mentality and a “done-is-better-than-perfect” attitudeBonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite What you get:Live up your passion to “put a ding into the universe“Participate in shaping a new business and building the teamExclusive responsibility for inbound marketing of our new business divisionEnjoy a start-up atmosphere where people share the same passion and work with the same commitment Burning with desire to join the pro team?
