Graduate - Quality Management / International Graduate Program (f/m) The core business of our Business Unit Advanced Optics are high precision components and a large variety of optical glasses and special materials for applications in optics for research, medical, astronomy and other industries. We are looking for a graduate who will be located in Grünenplan near Hannover and work for our international operations Advanced Optics. The International Graduate Program will start on December 1st, 2015. Your skill set and qualification: * Master Degree in a technical (preferably) or economically discipline with excellent results, Major in Quality Management * Process-oriented thinking * International experience ideally through internships or a semester abroad * Strong communication skills * Proficient computer skills (MS Office), "CAQ" or "Visio" are a plus * Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter and result-oriented in a team * Combine conceptional capabilities with hands-on attitude * Internationally mobile * Fluent German and English, additional language skills are a plus Our offer to you: 18 months challenging and supportive job entry program as foundation of your career in a fast-pasted and highly international B2B-business environment including: * Participation in international projects * Different practical and training phases as well as exciting projects * At least one international assignment abroad (3-6 months) in Malaysia to round up your intercultural competencies * Annual community service projects during the International Graduate Meeting * Career development interview prior to the end of the program An experienced mentor will serve as a guide for your personal and professional development through your whole program You can expect interesting tasks and challenging projects, as well as motivated and friendly teams in fields that influence our future.
