For our Global Marketing team we are searching for a Product Marketing Manager Location: Boeblingen, near Stuttgart (Germany) or East Aurora (USA) As Product Marketing Manager you will be the key critical link between the market and the product development team for our electrohydraulic products to ensure that the business develops products that resonate with the global market place. This role reports directly to the Marketing Director of our Products Sector and will be required to work closely with our global entity leaders, engineering and sales team. The Product Sector is a Moog Industrial Group Business Unit that delivers electrohydraulic and electromechanical products across a broad set of markets via direct and indirect channels to customers including OEM’s, Systems Integrators, and Machine Builders. In addition the sector is also responsible to provide products to other sectors of the Moog Industrial Group. Your Responsibilities: * Develop and manage the Marketing Plans to define the marketing mix (product definition, pricing, placement and promotion) for our new products and existing products. * Research market trends and identify customer needs through voice of the customer activities. * Lead the process for defining the product requirements based on the approach VoC and QFD. * Conduct Industry and competitive analysis and guide the Sector in the interpretation of the findings. * Support the development of sales plans and own the responsibility for executing the related marketing activities. * Determine sales channel by providing the supporting tools to enable successful pursuit and closure of opportunities. Your profile: * Strong business acumen with a University Degree in Engineering (or similar) with a focus on Marketing, ideally combined with an MBA. * Proven track record in a similar role within a motion control technologies environment or within an industry with direct exposure to a similar customer base is preferred. * Demonstrated leadership in creating strategies and executing tactics for business campaigns in a B2B environment. * Strong ability to understand complex technology and to operate in a global environment in terms of geography, cultures, languages and economies. * Excellent communication skills with a strong capability in building trust, change management, decision making and effective communication. * Strong verbal and written English language skills for communication within an International Business setting.
