Product Manager If you like me, since I was a child, have had a passion for all things gadgets and of course gaming – this company could be the next best thing for your career. They are single-handedly accountable for over 700 of the world’s most popular games publicity, marketability and of course, profitability – all from the heart of Berlin in their incredible offices. As an integral part of the team – already over 60 strong – there is a real need for a Product Manager who really has the passion or liking at least, for taking a product and not only managing it, but taking it to new heights. If you have this but also the following, you probably fit the bill: o   3+ years of product management experience – ideally in environments where a service product has been created o   A proven track record of 3+ years in managing a product that exists in a highly dynamic, volatile market – an advantage would be experience in a SaaS, B2B or AdTech setting o   You should be trained in an agile methodology (Scrum or Kanban) o   Your experience in business process automation, big data operations and API integrations is what sets you apart from other candidates o   Your background in web or mobile development is a huge plus! With your primary focus being on managing the product, you will be the centre-piece in orchestrating the processes that will lead to the success of our new product-line. Through this core management, you will ensure the release of the most efficient product possible - below is an outline of what tasks you should expect from the position: o   Be the core product owner for a development team (6-8 strong) working on our user acquisition platform for online and mobile games o   Perform market & user research extensively to spot areas for improvements; or directions to take; in addition to competition analysis o   Create a product strategy based on your own analysis, as well as on initial and on-going requirements from our internal and external customers o   Develop intricate wireframes and exciting interactive prototypes o   Work closely with developers & designers on the approach used at all stages of the product process – from design through to implementation o   Support the QA process fully - contribute to test planning & automation, support in manual test executions o   Measure product success and drive improvements, be the forefront of quality control o   Facilitate the R&D process; improving and establishing product management best
