Candidates who successfully complete this program will manage specific technical process development for new and existing AT&S products along the AT&S production line. AT&S seeks candidates who are: Degree-qualified from university or higher technical college (e.g. material science, mechanical engineering, chemistry, polymere sciences or similar technical studies) with at least one year of relevant job experience in an industrial environment or academic research, who are innovative and outside-the-box thinkers, excellent communicators and good teamplayers with a pioneering spirit.
