QC Laboratory Team Leader – Nord-Rhine Westphalia - €60,000 Optimus Search are working with a very strong pharmaceutical client located in the NRW area, together we are looking to make contact with some talent laboratory team leaders who are available to work on-site. The position is located within a QC department with over 100+ staff members; this particular position will have leadership responsibilities for 20-25 team members. The company hosts a friendly international environment which lends itself to the modern working world. Strong German skills are preferable due to the location of the role, but fluency is not necessary for an application. The position is available because of an internal promotion and will report into the Director of QC. The job role will focus on finished products and stability, applicants with experience in analytical methodologies such as HPLC will be preferable. Key Tasks/Responsibilities: Technical and organizational leadership of the group stability evaluation planning, implementation and evaluation of stability studies ensuring further development and optimization of processes in the field Quality Control. Stability using OE methods responsible for compliance with regulations, guidelines and standards in the department. Representing the Department in inspections and customer audits. Creation and maintenance of KPIs performing statistical analyses. Requirements ·         Science studies to a high academic level. ·         4/5 years experience in Quality Control. ·         Sound expertise of analytical techniques. ·         Profound knowledge and experience in the field FDA and / or GMP regulations. ·         Experience in personnel management and Structured motivation. ·         Ability to work independently. ·         Assertiveness and communication skills. ·         Very good command of spoken and written German and English.
