It helps apps developers and mobile website publishers to take control over their ad inventory to achieve best in class monetization. Our SPX-Operations team in Hamburg is looking for a reliable and motivated new team member contributing in our global platform support.Core duties:Provide technical support and advice to customers using our SPX platform and servicesResolve product and service problems by clarifying the customer's issuesWork closely with our technical support team and ensure a smooth handover and detailed prob-lem descriptionDocument processes and continuously provide feedback to our Product Management teamShare you knowledge with customers and help them to use our product optimal Resolve product and service challenges problems by clarifying the customer's issues based on previous experience and systematic troubleshootingEnsuring timely and professional responses to all complaints, requests and queries receivedBe actively involved in the reporting and improvement of our supply qualityQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Informatics/ Business Administration or similar fieldAffinity towards internet technology and mobile advertisingUnderstanding of internet technologyEnergetic, good communication skills and multitaskingPrevious experience in customer support or a related fieldHighly reliable and a team player attitudeFluency in EnglishHands on experience in digital advertising (online or mobile) is a strong plusWe offerA unique and diverse company culture, shaped by people with commitment, sense of responsibility, risk-taking and discipline.
