We are looking for an exceptional creative, strategic, and analytical leader who is passionate about the Customer Experience, who thinks/acts globally, and who has the ability to contribute new innovations in the industry to join us as an Intern for the EU Connections Program. During a 4-6 months internship the EU Connections Program Intern is responsible for supporting the EU Connections Program team specifically in regards to the effective management of our processes within service level. The successful candidate will be a key member of the global Connections team. Delivery of performance: Support the delivery of service levels, and efficiency targets for the EU Connections Program by: * Question Management support – Coordination of the required approval processes and monitoring of the status to ensure approvals are provided including the audit of scheduled questions for our customers * Analytic support to figure out trends and themes gained from the responses to support our stakeholders with appropriate action plan definition * Reporting and real time communication * Audit process support to validate the program processes that have been rolled out * Maintain the Program Sharepoint to ensure an effective support for our internal stakeholders in providing all required information in an efficient way * Develop strong relationships with EU Connections Program team to support driving effective networking & sharing best practice Experience/Skills: * Strong numeracy skills * Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise appropriately * Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization * Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a multi-cu
