Be the team focal point for all interaction and coordination on IT audit topics between the Central audit team in E.ON Business Services, our audit team and its supported business units to monitor that all IT Security risks listed in Group Policy 3-19 are covered by the appropriate controls and that these are accurately designed, implemented and executed. Support rest of the team as the IT life cycle expert. Work pro-actively with management to identify IT risk areas that need to be reviewed or improved prior to future audits. In some cases, manage the actual improvement project to ensure that we are well prepared prior to the audit. Manage the interface between auditors and the audited business unit for IT related audits. This includes arranging pre-audit workshops, enable and participate in audit meetings, ensure a common understanding of audit requests, and finally deliver a consolidated communication strategy from the audited business unit to the auditors.
