in Athens Greece.

Tasks:

• Operating Lifecycle of customer relationship
• Maintaing of customer data
• Management of customer's portfolio
• Day to day customer support
• Dealing with queries
• Management of complaints

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
• EU work permit
• Trouble-shooting skills
• Computer and software affinity
• Teamplayer abilities
• Good communication skills
• You are reliable, friendly and empathetic
• Flexibility is a necessity
