For one of our international clients we are currently seeking

Dutch International Customer Service Assistants (m/f)

in Milan, Italy

Tasks:

• Inbound and/or Outbound service activities
• Managing of customer relations
• Customer assistance
• Sales support service
• Assurance of high-quality customer support
• Provision of information
• Dealing with queries
• Management of complaints
• Live support
• Data administration

Requirements:

• Mother tongue level of English and Dutch
• Certificate of Secondary Degree
• Experience in the area of customer service, sales or administration
• You are very communicative and love to be a problem-solver
• Computer and software affinity
• Handling difficult calls
• Good communication skills
• You are reliable, friendly and empathetic
• Flexibility is a necessity
