EXPECTED TRAVEL PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES 0% - 10% As part of Cloud Deliver & Services (CDS) Organization, IT-Infrastructure is the provider and responsible for running SAP’s backend technology including operations of state of the art CAREER STATUS Professional datacenters around the globe. Within CDS, Business System Services (BSS) is responsible for 24x7 operations of important EMPLOYMENT TYPE and business critical SAP systems and applications embedded in an international delivery approach. Regular Full Time CONTACT DATA The Business System Services (BSS) unit focused on build and operation services for OS, DB +49 6227 748599 and SAP Basis. As part of the BSS the global database team is responsible for all databases for internal business & support systems. Beside project delivery and day to day administration we REFERENCE CODE are part of strategic pilot projects for new technologies as reference for SAP customers. The DE-60428956-EN-15-001 database team is located in St. Leon-Rot, Dresden, India and Mexico. Beside administration we implement new technologies in the lifecycle management of databases. Driving continuous improvement is our main focus to increase operation effectiveness, availability and efficiency. Automation, infrastructure landscape re-architecture and new technology adoption is another important part driven by the DB Platform teams. We are looking for a IT Associate Technology Consultant (m/f) as Database Administrator to join the 7x24 shift worker team with a technical background for supporting the database administration in the area internal business & support systems.
