Regional Industry Vertical Healthcare Manager (m/f) with office location in Frankfurt. As a Regional Industry Vertical (IV) Healthcare Manager, you manage both, our Global and Regional Key Account Managers. Your responsibility lies in executing global sales strategies at regional level, generating new business and interacting with global key account stakeholders to drive solution selling. Key tasks include:  Develop in depth knowledge of key success factors (KSF) based on systematic analyses of both wins and losses and establish scorecard of references to KSF to be used for bids  Identify specific solution spots for the Healthcare industry and feed back to regional product function  Develop a sales pipeline on more than 10 target accounts  Direct and oversee global bids and proposals on Lead Strategic key accounts  Develop IV intelligence for the Healthcare industry through the creation and communication of case studies  Ensure feed of best in class input to IV Regional Account Managers for all major bids regarding sales practices, IV Intelligence, tender management and cross-regional learning for successes in order to improve our hit ratio  Hold regular “Industry Vertical Intelligence Forums” to develop sales intelligence across the region
