In order to develop customer service onto the next level, we are looking for a "Customer Service Representative (m/f)" for the Swedish market. Job-Beschreibung: - First level support in customer service for technical products - Responsibility for the Swedish market - Provide feedback to clients to help increase ROI based on performance data analysis and industry trends - Client engagement audits through B2B customer lifecycle reviews - Priorisation of requests and client management with key accounts - Participating in projects to increase customer satisfaction - Report to Supervisor for the Nordic countries in Berlin Gewünschtes Profil: - Know how of customer service related processes - Fluency in English and Swedish (written and spoken), German is a plus - Customer-oriented attitude - like to serve customers - Computer literacy: MS Office, SAP (R3), Lotus Notes - Excellent communication skills - strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly and accurately convey information - Proactivity, accuracy, responsibility - Being able to work with changing priorities - ability to handle multiple tasks in high-volume, fast-paced environment - Team player, problem solving attitude Berufserfahrung: 7 - 10 Jahre Beginn des Vertrages: 19-05-15 Vertragslaufzeit: Ganztags
