Sugar fuses the straightforward simplicity, mobility, and social aspects of a consumer app with the business process optimization of conventional CRM.Regional Vice President of Sales Responsibilities · Lead and manage a team of sales professionals in achieving individual, team and organizational quota· Drive and monitor account planning and execution to deliver maximum revenue potential· Support direct reports by participating in client and prospect meetings· Quote, negotiate, and assist team in closing business· Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure above-quota results based on successful pipeline management· Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management· Coordinate and manage weekly and monthly one-on-one and team-wide pipeline reviews, meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best practice sharing· Attract, hire, on-board, coach and retain top sales talent· Be a change agent within SugarCRM, help define new models and processes to grow the business· Work closely with extended team of pre-sales, services, training, customer success· Make our customers successful! Required Skills/ Experience · 10+ years of on-quota, complex global, strategic and/or named account management experience· 5+ years of managing senior-level sales people· Must have channel sales experience· Successful history of selling software to large, complex organizations with demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management, preferably with a track record of closing seven figure deals, as well as experience closing a large volume of transactions· Proven ability to identify, recruit, manage and coach global, strategic, and/or named account managers· Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales results· Strong skill set in contract negotiations· Successful sales history and both a large corporation as well as a mid-size/startup environment· Ability to work in a rapidly expanding, fast paced environment· Teamwork and good communication skills a must· Four year university/college degree requiredLocation: MunichNote: SugarCRM's jobs are not open to 3rd party recruiting vendors; therefore, any submissions by such will be considered a gift and no fee will be paid.SugarCRM Who we are...SugarCRM was founded in 2004.
