Ihre Aufgaben:

• Analysis of weak spots and optimization of industrialized production machines with external and internal suppliers and production plants
• Development of innovative concepts to cover product/process needs including selection and definition of production technologies
• performing of process/machines tests
• specification and industralize of machines and equipment (incl. reviewof graphs/drawings of suppliers, advise of suppliers, inspection of machines at supplier, support during installation and start-up, acceptance at production plant, mechanical/electrical design of equipment/machine parts and prototypes;
• monitor implementation and start up on site / at production plants worldwide
• Planning, conducting, analysis and evaluation of basic tests to optimize industrialized machines and build up new concepts for production techniques and machines
• Initiation and coordination of optimization of industrialized production machines
• Cooperation within projects to develop new products and/or innovative production techniques
• Managing and leading of projects with main focus to develop new production techniques
• Accomplishment of market analyses and technical / economical assessments
• Creation of business plans of new and/or alternative production techniques
• Benchmark of process/machine variants including presentations (verbal or in written form)
• Initiation and evaluation of patent enquiries in the field of tire production technology

Ihr Profil:

• Engineer, main focus on mechanical engineering, Dipl.-Ing. (TU / FH) or Master Degree
• Advanced German and English skills (write and speak fluently)
• 3 years of experience in development area required or Study with main focus on Design/Development and/or Production Technology/Engineering
