Your main topics are to provide and analyze business KPIs, to implement the group strategy and foster international best practice sharing, and to act as a supporting link between local management and headquarters. * Implementation and support of the International Business Strategy * Development and continuous advancement of steering models and KPIs * Monitoring and analyzing business results in the countries * Collection, consolidation and provision of information to headquarter management * Securing adequate involvement of headquarter functions * Identification and transfer of Best Practices * Ensuring a continuous improvement process to strengthen the local market positions * Evaluation of new business opportunities * Implementation of group policies and regulations * Management of projects across the countries * Consulting and support of the management teams and MDs in the countries * Analysis of existing and potential new markets * Build and develop a team of specialists to support the above Qualifications * An excellent degree in Business Administration or similar education * 3 to 5 years of successful leadership experience in an international company, preferable in an E-Commerce or other transactional environment * Relevant experience in the development and implementation of steering models * Know-how in project-management * Ability to adapt and network in a fast-paced international working environment * Excellent analytical and conceptual skills * Strong result and target orientation * Very good communicator, able to communicate on C-level * Strong leadership skills * self-starter and quick learner * Willingness to travel * Employment in Hamburg or Bremen * Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written, and preferably a third European language Apply online now to join Europe’s leading provider of ticketing and live entertainment.
