We are currently looking for

Technical Support-System Administrator Engineers m/f

for a permanent Position in Sofia.

Tasks:

- Provision of technical support
-Resolve technical issues with customers
- Re-creation of customer scenarios in a lab environment
- Innovation of new ideas to improve the quality
- Research
- Back-up and recovery of software
- Participation in new product releases and their life cycle

Requirements:

- Proficiency of German
- Good knowledge of English or French
- Technical degree
- In depth knowledge of Windows products and Active Directory
- Familiar with networking protocols
- Good communication skills
- You are reliable, friendly and empathetic
- Team oriented
- Flexibility to participate in a 3 months training in either Germany, UK or Bulgaria
- EU working permit
