As Vattenfall’s Offshore Wind business continues to grow, we are looking to increase the size of our project team with the hire of a Specialist Export & Customs Control (m/f). The position is located in Hamburg.What will you do as a Specialist Export & Customs Control (m/f)?Take over role as nominated Export Control Manager for all German relevant legal entitiesDirect mandate and regular reporting to managing directors Definition, development, implementation and monitoring of processes and organizational structuresOrganization and coordination of relevant internal activitiesPoint of contact for external authorities (Customs / BAFA / Statistisches Bundesamt)Giving specialist advise in the field of custums & export controlEnsure knowledge transfer and regular evaluation, advisory and coordination of training needsAlign and coordinate implementation of necessary IT SolutionsPrepare and implement central Master Data ManagementWho are we looking for?Academic degree in business administration with focus on tax & foreign trade or comparable or a respective education Secondary education in Logistics, Transport or Supply Chain Management will be an advantageExperience within a complex multi-disciplinary project environment Basic experience in (offshore) wind projects and operationsGood knowledge about customs code & foreigntrade law, export regulations and process-oriented thinkingAbility to work in a multi-national environmentAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in combination with a hands-on mentalityFluent German and English business language skills, Danish language will be an advantageExcellent communication skills to handle internal and external stakeholdersComfortable in IT-supported project management, skills in SAP MM/WM will be an advantageNaturally able to understand and integrate into new teams and organizational structuresBe self-motivated, accountable and able to take decisionsAt Vattenfall Wind you will work in a dynamic, professional, international environment with highly skilled and motivated colleagues.
