roleThe Country
Manager is responsible for the success or failure of the German, Swiss and Austrian
business. Consistently demonstrating our company values in his/her behaviour,
the Country Manager leads the teams towards Top Employers´ organisational
strategic objectives, ensures that our Top Employers brand grows, and
builds strong relationships to enhance our position in the market. Responsible

managementCreating and managing an annual strategy per country that is aligned
with the TEI organisational strategy, and adapting this strategy as needed
throughout the yearCreating and managing relevant and achievable goals for each team memberCommunicating organisational strategy and goals to the teams General
managementManaging the operations within the annual budgetLiaising with Amsterdam-based finance department on weekly/monthly/yearly
financial deliverablesManaging our CRM
system Salesforce in line with company best practices (Direction, Quantity and Quality)Administering monthly payrollEnsuring timely payment of Debtors and CreditorsEnsuring day-to-day office operations run smoothlyMaintaining a safe and secure working environmentCreating and maintaining an engaged and positive working cultureEnsuring compliance with applicable legal

the Top Employers projects in the DACH region. Building strong relationships
with relevant partners to strengthen our proposition Liaising with Amsterdam-based CRIS department
to execute a strong certification and deliver consistent actionable insightsLiaising with Amsterdam-based marketing department to deliver a
consistent strong brandIncreasing brand recognition amongst both the HR community as well as
the employee target audienceExcellent standards of project management to ensure we meet deadlines
with high quality deliverablesAct local, but thinks global in order to let the project grow outside the

5+ years
in people management
Strong
B2B knowledge (operative & strategic)
Familiar with the HR world
