Ferring GmbH is the German Production Site of the internationally operating and rapidly expanding Ferring Group. In Kiel we manufacture important products for the pharmaceutical market for the areas of reproductive medicine, endocrinology, urology, pediatrics and gastroenterology. There are more than 300 employees at our manufacturing site in Kiel.Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (m/f) This position is a permanent full-time position. Lean Six Sigma deployment  is part of our roadmap towards Operational Excellence. The Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt will play a significant role within this framework and will support the lean transformation of our Operations, starting with our plant located in Kiel, Germany.  Your Responsibilities: Responsible for optimization, development and implementation of local and global improvement projects High involvement in the Lean transformation activities, starting with  our production site in KielAdvice and support of the production sites in the introduction, implementation and further development of Lean Six Sigma activitiesIdentification of optimization potential for eliminating non-value added activities Analysis and review of processes by means of Lean Management methods (5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen Blitz, etc.) Participation in multi-site Lean activities – including international ones Furtherance of Lean  / 6 Sigma competencies at the production sites by teaching, training and coaching managers and employees Creation of statistical experimental designs, and analysis of data by means of statistical analysis met You report to the Director Operational Excellence located in St. Prex (CH) Required Qualifications: A degree in engineering or pharmacy Extensive experience in the organization and implementation of Lean Six Sigma tools At least 5 years of professional experience working with Lean Six Sigma activities (Six Sigma Master Black Belt Level would be beneficial)Skill and experience in project management Proficiency in written and spoken German and English, French an asset You can exercise “cross-border” influence between the organizational functional areas and organizational levels You have very good communication skills across all organizational levels and between the various functional areas You are a team player, flexible, communicative and cooperative and have a structured and goal-oriented approachHave we awakened your interest? If so, we look forward to receiving your professional application in English - only by Email - including your CV, references as well as your salary expactation and your availability.hr.production@ferring.de
