schneider-electric.de www.schneider-electric.de E-Marketing Manager for Retail Business Division (m/f) Ratingen The E-Marketing Manager (m/f) supports local county teams in growing their e-business with his/her excellent skills of online marketing. He/she will report to the head of e-commerce operation. In cooperation with local stakeholders she/he will create e-marketing & budget plans. It is critical that the E-Marketing Manger develops and nurtures a high quality relationship with other relevant business and functional heads. Your tasks - versatile * Drive e-commerce initiatives within selected countries in order to grow online sales * Ensure consistent workflows, rollout/release plans and reporting structures * Define target agreements based on defined online/e-business KPIs * Optimize the integration of CRM in all e-business related activities * Intern Relationships to the Retail Strategy team, Lines of Business teams inside Retail, Digital Customer Experience team and local e-commerce * Extern relationships with key e-business related partners in the countries and other companies within related e-business Your profile - qualified * Minimum 3-5 years of e-marketing and/or online sales development experience: * Online customer need analysis, value chain analysis, defining value plans and experience in developing comprehensive e-marketing, in action plans and in developing customer centric approaches * B2C/B2B e-commerce experience or online agency background * Able to create online sales concepts, customer journeys based on ROI business models * Ability to think around the corner and look for creative solutions * University degree or university of applied science degree economic sciences (business administration) and/or a vocational training in business administration * Knowing the e-marketing KPIs and having a general understanding of webanalytics * Excellent command of German and English language in speech and writing Our offer - appealing We offer a diversified workplace with attractive conditions and the perspectives for development within an international group.
