E.ON-wide steering of category management activities for HR related products and services. Management and support of category-specific data analyses to identify cost saving opportunities, quantitative analyses, monitoring and tracking of forecasted savings. Analytical development, implementation and regular update of the respective category strategies. Development, negotiation and implementation of framework agreements group-wide. Close cooperation with relevant stakeholders of demand carrier organizations building up cross-functional category teams; initiation and maintaining of cross-functional and cross-border cooperation within the group.
