UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions (UBIS) is the service company of UniCredit Group that provides solutions in Information & Communication Technology (ICT), Back Office & Middle Office, Real Estate, Security and Global Sourcing areas in order to respond quickly and effectively both to the requests of the Bank and of the clients external to the Bank. UBIS organizes its activities on a structured model divided into business lines and service lines, based on a concept of end-to-end in order to ensure the best service in terms of quality. The Service Line Security provides all activities related to security services aimed to prevent and manage any criminal/detrimental events or disruptions in business that could damage the organization, its tangible and intangible assets and/or have a negative impact on its customers. Key tasks and responsibilities * Provide support to global competence centers regarding the definition of new security solutions. * Promote innovative and efficient solutions to cover the gap between information technology/security and the related business, thus rationalizing costs and creating the best economies of scale, define, design and support the implementation solutions. * Evaluate the risks and benefits on the usage of several different security solutions. * You will be the local deputy of the global responsible for the team. Qualifications and Competencies * Bachelor's degree in informatics, engineering or mathematics. * Professional experience in Security or IT development area for at least 5-7 years. * Development skills in web technologies (e.g. python, php, java, xml…). * Good English (negotiation level), very good German. * Solid experience as technical analyst in solution design. * Coordination of small groups in projects or product management (min 2-3 years' experience). * Creating technical specifications, defining work packages and steering the implementation. * Project management basic knowledge (e.g. scrum…) appreciated. * Team orientation and practitioner mentality. Our offer to you We offer an annual gross salary based on the collective bargaining agreement (IT) of EUR 31.808,- at least, depending on individual qualification and experience.
