Recruiter (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- Project member supporting the staffing process for an E.ON customer
- Responsible for high-quality recruiting processes in line with customer requirements and assist departments with all questions revolving around the subject of recruiting
- Take over the entire recruiting process such as consulting of line managers, defining job requirements, preparation and placing of job advertisements, identification of right recruiting channels, handling of applicant management including pre-selection and telephone/personal interviews
- Conduct job interviews via telephone in German and English using recruiting tools to test aptitude
- Cooperation with headhunters and use of modern recruiting and social media channels incl. active sourcing
- Consult interested candidates and represent E.ON as the “employer of choice”
Qualification/Skills:
- Good university degree with a focus on HR or aptitude diagnostics or a similar qualification
- Professional experience in recruiting and with E-recruiting tools (SuccessFactors knowledge would be beneficial)
- Broad experience in active sourcing and/or headhunting
- Fluent in English and German
- Good MS Office skills
- Convincing communication and consultancy skills, team spirit and strong customer service orientation
- High intercultural awareness and engaged to work in international teams
- Willingness to accept occasional business trips
