Manager (m/f) Sales Strategy and Steering Corporate Solutions HRS in Köln As Manager (m/f) Sales Strategy and Steering Corporate Solutions you are responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies and activities in our global B2B sales organization. You develop concepts and reports for sales steering and monitor compliance with the defined goals. Additionally, you conduct market and competitor analyses and are responsible for international competitive benchmarking. In this diversified role, you work closely together with the top management and our international leadership team as well as with other departments. Key tasks: * Part of your responsibility is to develop sales strategies and activities based on the HRS corporate strategy * To ensure our goals are met monitoring and steering sales performance will be part of your tasks * In your new role you will define new and improve existing concepts, standards and reports for sales steering * You take the responsibility of ensuring aligned execution of all international sales activities * Also you will manage and support key steering processes in close co-operation with the top management * You are motivated to conduct international market and competitor analyses in co-operation with the international leadership team * To derive targeted strategic objectives and support the sales force you conduct international competitive benchmarking * Last but not least, you will act as interface to other departments (e.g. controlling, business intelligence) to develop a common approach to strategic objectives Your profile * Your are proud of your university degree in Business Management or comparable qualification * You have gained profound work experience in sales strategy and steering, ideally in a B2B sales organization or consultancy * Your high analytical competence helps you to develop concepts, find useful facts, analyze complex data and to draw relevant conclusions * You have very good knowledge of performance management and reporting * You bring along high motivation, the ability to cope with pressure as well as high emotional empathy * Among your skills are an intuitive understanding of priorities and high self-organization * Finding pragmatic solutions in complex issues is a challenge you readily accept * Goal orientation and decision-making competence is another of your strengths * Communicating fluently in English & German (written & verbal) is a matter of course * You appreciate working in an international environment, understand and respect people of diverse cultural backgrounds * You have excellent skills in MS Office About us: * We
